Biodiesel Deacidification Equipment
The biodiesel deacidification equipment is used to neutralize acidic methanol gas. The neutralizing tower is connected with alkali tank. The alkali liquor and acidic methanol gas will enter the biodiesel deacidification equipment through counter flow. The equipment is equipped with heating device. The two kinds of gases will get sufficient contact with each other in the equipment and will be neutralized, thus effectively removing the acidic material carried by methanol. This can prevent the equipment from being corroded by the corrosive gas and thus prolonging the service life.
This equipment is suitable for controlling of acid gas which is discharged continuously or intermittently.
This deacidification equipment has simple craft, management, operation and maintenance. It has wide application which means that it can be used for neutralization of various kinds of acidic gases.
It has relatively low pressure drop so that the operating flexibility is big. It also has good neutralization performance which means that it can thoroughly remove the odors and harmful substances from the gas.
