Working Principle

Pyrolysis is also known as thermal cracking or dry distillation. Pyrolysis of electrical wastes refers to heating the waste circuit board or scraps with air absent under appropriate temperature and pressure. Some of the organic materials will be dissolved into oil and gas and collected after being condensed. Differing from the incineration treatment of electrical waste, pyrolysis is conducted under vacuum condition, which will completely inhibit the production of dioxins and furans. In this process, there will be little exhaust gas generated so the pollution to environment is small. The precious metals of the e-waste will be recycled.
