P3-P26 Nonwoven Geotextile
HAOYANG HYS-P series nonwoven geotextile fabric is a staple fiber nonwoven needle punched polypropylene geotextile, made of100% virgin polypropylene staple fiber, this geotextile is used in protection, separation, filtration and reinforcement applications. The product has excellent corrosion resistance, we can carry out the single side or double side hot pressing treatment to meet the needs of different customers.

The P3—P26 nonwoven geotextile can be used in the construction of highways, railways, dams, coastal beaches for reinforcement, filtration, separation and drainage. It can also be used as a filter fabric for drainage applications. In addition to construction applications it can also be used for consumer goods such as car upholstery, clothes liners, gloves, rags and insoles.
1. Filtration
These geotextiles are used to allow the passage of water and air while preventing solid particles from traveling through the barrier.
2. Isolation
The fabric serves as an isolating layer between the subgrade and ballast of railways and between pavement and foundation soil for a number of construction projects. It can also be used to differentiate between damn layers, isolate sand and other sedimentary materials.
3. Reinforcement
The high strength geotextile fabric is often found in the construction of roads, railways, earth-rock dams, breakwaters, airports, and retaining walls. The fabric absorbs stress so as to prevent lateral soil movement and maximize stability.
4. Protection
In order to prevent soil erosion caused by wind, water, rain and other elements, the fabric can be used to cover the area.
Haoyang HYS-P series PP needle punched geotextile is a fabric made from polyester material. The polyester is melted, fiber-drawn, and then cut into 3-9 dtox, 50-76mm fibers before they are carded lapped, and woven into a usable fabric.
