Electrical system
The entire electrical system of this material handling equipment uses the wire harness developed from the latest technology and waterproof connectors; the arrangement of multi-channel fuse ensures the security and stability of the circuit system; the design of integrated circuit board is convenient for repair and maintenance.

Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system adopts the Shimadzu branded high-end multi-tandem valve and gear pump, which feature high reliability and high performance; the oil cylinder uses the imported Japanese NOK branded sealing elements, which all pass ten thousand times of fatigue test and can guarantee the reliability of the hydraulic system; the Parker branded sealing elements of the entire vehicle pipelines are imported from German, they are high temperature resistant and have 2-3 times longer service life than ordinary sealing elements.

Cooling system
Cooling system uses large-capacity aluminum radiator having optimized cooling channels, which can further enhance the cooling capacity and ensure the reliable operation of the engine.

Drive system
Drive system has the advanced configurations of Zhongnan, Shaochi,Zhongchai and other brands; the drive axle can be chose from the Anqing,Huuachen and other brands, which all have high performance and reliable quality.

Robust wide view gantry
The design of wide view gantry facilitates the smooth and steady lifting; the agile steering wheel and relatively small turning radius offer flexible control and allows the diesel forklift to realize convenient and efficient operation; the lifting cylinder is equipped with a cushioning device and the piping system is configured with a safety device conforming to the European safety standards, therefore, the gantry and cargos will be under control even if the pipeline ruptured.
