The JL-1450 litho laminating mounting machine features a maximum sheet size of 1450 mm x 1450 mm, and a minimum size of 380 mm×380 mm. Compared to the JL-1700 and JL-2200, the JL-1450 litho laminator is ideal for pre-processing small cartons, paper bags, and other small items. The working speed is 2000-12000 p/h, though it is adjustable according to your output and material needs. To meet laminating quality requirements for materials with different thicknesses, the JL-145- litho laminator automatically adjusts the thickness range of the top sheet and base material. The top sheet thickness ranges between 120g to 1000g, with the base material thickness ranging from 250g to 2000g.
During the gluing process, glue dispensing is controlled by the glue sensor for a consistent, precision gluing, ensuring a lamination with a top quality. In addition, the litho laminating equipment is designed with a sensor in the top feeder, which will detect the coversheet position to ensure the proper positioning. Within the base material feeder, there is a servo aligner used to adjust the base material feeding speed according to the cover sheet feeding speed. The servo aligner allows for the exact alignment of both the coversheet and base material to eliminate waste. The alignment precision of the coversheet and base material is ±1 mm.
