Ultrasonic Cleaning Transducer
By optimally using ultrasonic vibration to impact water, the ultrasonic cleaning transducer achieves optimum cleaning result, widely applied in ultrasonic cleaner, high power cleaning equipment and industrial cleaner. Catering to different cleaning applications, we especially design two ultrasonic cleaning transducers namely ultrasonic transducer for cleaning and ultrasonic transducer for collar cleaning, respectively suitable for general cleaning and collar cleaning.
Features
1. High efficiency: the mechanical Q factor is high and the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency reaches up to 95%.
2. High amplitude: the vibrating speed of the ultrasonic cleaning vibrators is very fast and the amplitude is at least 50% higher than that of magnetostrictive vibrators.
3. Great heat resistance: the operating temperature range is wide, the resonant impedance is low, and the transducer can work continuously for a long time with minimal heat dissipation.
4. Handy installation: It is easy to install because you only need some bolts to fasten the transducer and easy to attach because there are slots on the edges of radiating surface.
5. Rich choice: a lot of ultrasonic cleaning transducers with different powers ranging from17KHz to170KHz are available.
6. Others: it has high power and strong reliability.
Note
The ultrasonic cleaning transducer is relatively heavy. And steel plate requires sand blasting when in use.
