Hydraulic drum motor used in belt conveyors for unit handling

YDM hydraulic motorized pulley is a key new product developed by our company based on the motorized pulley. It is a drive device that integrates hydraulic motors, planetary gear reducers, and drive drums. This hydraulic drum motor has been widely used in belt conveyors.

Applications

Hydraulic motorized pulley is used in places where hydraulic power is provided by internal combustion engines, such as engineering locomotive belt conveyors, airport baggage handling vehicles, loading belt conveyors, and slag scrapers.

Precautions for hydraulic motorized pulley

The output torque of the hydraulic drum motor is proportional to the pressure provided by the hydraulic system. The pressure difference must not exceed the specified value.
When the hydraulic motorized pulley is used continuously, the speed must be less than the rated speed and must not exceed the rated speed.

Generally, the oil outlet of the hydraulic drum motor is directly connected to the oil tank. The hydraulic drum motor can be used in series or parallel with other hydraulic equipment. When used in series or parallel, if the back pressure exceeds 5MPa, the external oil outlet needs to be directly connected to the oil tank.
