Chain Conveyor
In papermaking industry, the BFW type chain conveyor mainly applies for transporting the dispersed, bundled, blocky and mixed waste paper, or pulp bales and other materials along the horizontal or inclined (≤30°) direction. In paper industry, it is used to convey waste paper from the ground to a pulper, providing the function of continuous and uniform feeding.
This chain conveyor consists of the head drive, tail wheel, tensioning unit, chain plat, rack and other parts. The adoption of chain plate transmission drives the slot board to move and then convey the material. The conveying system has the advantages of high conveying capacity, low power consumption, low abrasion, reliable operation and more. It is currently the most ideal special equipment among all waste paper conveyers in papermaking industry.
