Freezing System, Plate Freezer Manufacturer

The shelf plate freezer produced by Square Technology can quickly freeze many types of products, such as fish and shrimp, shellfish, vegetables, split meat, split poultry, and many small-package frozen foods. The plates are placed horizontally like shelves while the layer spacing is fixed. Products will be put on the shelf plate for freezing. Compared with standard horizontal plate freezer, a bigger size can be designed for higher capacity of freezing. The shelf plate freezer can also be equipped with compressor unit.

  The evaporative plate is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy and is made by extrusion molding and metal inertia gas welding. Compared with the steel-made material, it has the advantages of light weight, high polish degree, and good heat conductivity.

  Four 0.37 KW axial fans are set at both sides of the freezing plate, which can form continuous and uniform wind speed field in closed environment. The bottom of the products on the freezing plate directly contacts the plate and transfer heat from it, meanwhile the surface of products and cold air conduct heat exchange. The types of the shelf plate freezer produced by Square Technology can carry out contact freezing and air blasting freezing, which reduces freezing time and saving energy.

  The freezer can be equipped with piston or screw compressor unit, which features low noise, small land occupation, high efficiency and easy operation and maintenance, etc.

• The design and manufacture of the whole freezing equipment produced by Square Technology performed in accordance with HACCP requirements, which has the advantages of good hygienic condition, quick freezing speed, temperature uniformity and low consumption.

• We can design and manufacture the non-standard product according to different conditions of the frozen food and customer requests.
• Production capacity can be selected from 1000 kg/batch to 5000 kg/batch.
• The length of the evaporative plate is optional from 2100mm to 5500mm.
• The evaporative plate width can be chosen from 1200, 1400, and 1600mm.
• The number of evaporation plates is from 10 to 15 pieces.
• The layer spacing can be customized according to the height of the frozen product.
• We can use both pump and expansion valve mode for liquid supply of the system.
• We can equip the freezer with all-in-one compressor unit or separate compressor unit which will be installed in the machine room.
