The CO₂ laser (wavelength 10.6μm) boasts extremely high absorption rates for non-metallic materials (such as plastic, wood, glass, ceramics, acrylic, leather, fabric, etc.), enabling non-contact, consumable-free permanent marking.

Configuration

RF CO₂ laser
Features high electro-optical conversion efficiency, requires virtually no maintenance, and is suitable for high-volume production needs; supports multiple wavelengths (e.g., 10.6μm, 9.3μm).

Galvo scanner
The galvo scanner boasts fast scanning speeds, reaching tens of thousands of scans per second; it features a sealed design for long lifespan and low maintenance costs. Electromagnetic or piezoelectric drive methods reduce mechanical wear, further enhancing the equipment's durability and reliability.

F-theta lens
Equipped with an F-theta lens for 1064nm wavelength, mainly used in fiber laser marking machines. Due to its longer wavelength, it offers strong energy penetration, making it suitable for marking various metal and non-metal materials. It supports long-term operation without the need for consumables to be added or replaced. Currently, we have received no user feedback regarding F-theta lens damage.

Control card
Equipped with a genuine JCZ EZCAD control board, ensuring the stability of the entire marking system. The software interface supports multiple language versions (Chinese, English, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.). Its powerful functions include text marking, QR code marking, vector graphic marking, automatic serial number skipping, and more.

It is suitable for non-metallic materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, etc. Metal materials with special coatings, like the surface of a painted insulated cup, can also be marked.

This machine is suitable for marking, cutting, and drilling various non-metallic materials. It cannot directly mark bare metals. If you need to mark metal materials, we recommend using a fiber laser marking machine instead.

Under normal use, the theoretical lifespan of CO₂ laser engraving equipment is approximately 25,000-40,000 hours. The specific lifespan can be influenced by factors such as operating frequency, environment, and maintenance.

The entire machine comes with a two-year warranty. During the warranty period, faulty components not caused by human error can be replaced free of charge.
