Fully automatic open-mouth bagger for filling granular and powder products into pre-made open-mouth bags
The GXB automatic bagging system is designed for high-speed packaging of granular and powder materials into pre-made open-mouth bags. It integrates automatic bag supply, bag opening, filling, bag transfer, and bag-top shaping into a single continuous process. The bagger handles woven bags and PE bags, as well as common bag formats such as straight-mouth bags and M-fold bags. It supports 20–50 kg filling and delivers an output of 800–1200 bags per hour.
