HB320Q Three Colour Sandal Injection Moulding Machine
SONC has been manufacturing injection moulding machines for years. Our portfolio includes machine for soles or sandals. Take this three colour sandal injection moulding machine for example. It is used for producing single-colour, two-colour and three-colour foam or non-foam soles, sandals and slippers. The applicable materials are TPR, PVC and PUR. This shoe making machine is equipped with 12 sets of molds, meaning that it can produce 12 pairs of shoe soles at a time.

The purposes of these measures are to protect operators.
- Safety door is installed to allow operators to shut down the injection machine when malfunctions happen.
- Photoelectric switch can stop the injection moulding machine if operators accidentally extend their hands into the working machine.
- Turn table anti-lift switch sends electric signals to shut down the injection moulding machine to prevent the turn table from moving away from the wheel.
- Emergency stop button allows operators to close the injection moulding machine when something unusual happens.
- Safety net is set up to prevent misoperation.
- The safety sign indicates potentially dangerous zones.
