The JFXY series of clean clothes barrier washers is a pharmaceutical grade washer that washes and dries clothes with a CIP self-cleaning function and data storage and printing. We provide eight types of twin-door barrier washers for asepsis clothes to meet your capacity and work space. Customized barrier washer-extractors are also available.

Function and Structure
1) Twin-door
The unique barrier twin-door structure is perfect for the aseptic isolation between pollution area and clean area, which avoids second contamination.
The connection of the entire equipment is completely rigid, meeting the requirements of equipment manufacturing craft from high-grade environment. That means no soft connection in all the pipes and cavities.
2) Washing
The special washing method can increase the washing efficiency, avoid clothes winding, and decrease the injury to clothes in the process of washing.
3) Drying
The unique patented drying technology enables the drying time to be shorter and decreases the injury to the clothes.
The special heating elements guarantee the safety performance of equipment.
4) Air shower
The peculiar air shower structure can remove the broken fiber and particles on the clothes efficiently.
It is suitable for the dust-free workshops to avoid the disturbance brought by the broken fiber of clothes.
