Electric reach truck is an electric powered material handling equipment, predominantly applied to stacking and short-distance transportation. This type of truck, combining advantages of electric stacker and counterbalance forklift, features flexibility, non-pollution, low noise, high lift and working capability in tight space.
Our electric reach trucks are designed mainly for warehouse operation with maximum lift height of 12 meters.
As opposed to horizontal driving unit, vertical driving unit is a more compact body, which is more stable and easier to repair.
New maintenance-free AC motor has higher transmitting efficiency and more flexible steering with reduced costs of maintenance and repair.
EPS system and small steering wheel make steering more flexible and maneuverable.
Electric reach truck uses dual braking system with hydraulic brake on dual front wheels and electromagnetic brake as parking and emergency braking system. This means automatic braking starts when the operator takes his feet off the pedal or power is off. Service braking system is more safe, stable and reliable.
CURTIS controller installed within the frame features higher heat dissipation system. When its temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius, cooling fan system will force cooling. Optimized power output increases motor's working hours by 25% and reduce energy by 10%.
All pipes are intelligently placed for good vision from the operator.
Electric reach truck is equipped with deceleration system which means lift speed and travel speed will be lowered automatically when lift speed is in excess of 3.3m to ensure safety of high stacking.
Floating camera can monitor environment below the forks. To avoid any damage, the camera head will automacally lift when forks touch the ground.
