Four-Sided Seal Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP)
Our Four-Sided Seal VIP delivers exceptional insulating properties with a novel shell-type casing design. The core of the panel is reinforced with a hard bottom shell and high-barrier film, which are both thermally formed and custom-tailored to fit the fiberglass core. This design solve s typical problems with conventional VIPs, especially the air leakage from the edges, which usually results from folded corners.
Eliminating edge folds guarantees consistent insulation efficiency and increases long-term stability as well as product production via the Four-Sided Seal VIP. Excellent puncture resistance and deformation resistance from the strong bottom shell make the panel quite robust even under demanding conditions. This design guarantees best insulation performance and long-lasting dependability by solving the problems generated by sharp edges and folds such air leakage.
