DRW-Fix Robotic Waterjet Cutting Machine
The fixed robotic waterjet cutting machine features an integrated design. This fully automatic waterjet robot features an easy operation and exceptional processing accuracy, making it ideal for processing automatic interior applications where a high degree of accuracy is a must.
Waterjet robots are usually installed by hanging it on the ceiling of the cutting room with the work platform solidly fixed in the cutting room. It features a wide working area and a high working speed. After the workpiece is loaded, the robot system will begin cutting, and once cutting is complete, will wait for the next workpiece.
Multiple waterjet robots can work together for an improvement in productivity. The loading area requires only one operator, thus minimizing labor costs.
Waterjet robots use different robot systems, including ABB, FANUC, and YASKAW for a high precision and stable operation.
