Rotary Robotic Waterjet Cutting Machine
Rotary robotic waterjet cutting machines use two workstations to carry out continuous cutting. They are suitable for processing car interior components, including carpets, roofs, dashboards and door panels.
Waterjet robots are generally installed on the cutting room ceiling with the work platform separated into the loading area and cutting area. After the robot starts, the work platform will automatically 180° to send the workpiece from the loading area to the cutting area. After cutting is complete, it will automatically rotate in a reverse 180° to send the finished workpiece out. Its two workstation structure allows one side to be cutting while the other is carrying out loading and unloading, thus achieving continuous productivity.
