Equipment Application and Operating Principles
The GHD01 lacquer curing oven is also called an aluminum tube internal curing oven, and is responsible for solidification after inner wall spraying. It is a necessary piece of equipment for an aluminum tube production lines. Equipped with a separate drive motor, this curing oven can either run synchronously with the front and rear equipment or work separately.
The spraying tube, which is driven by the conveyor chain, is transferred to the stainless steel "C" type ship in the curing oven. The "C" type ship pours out the tube after baking at a high temperature so that it falls into the delivery chain. After baking at high temperature for a certain period in the curing oven, the inner spraying liquid attached to the tubes inner wall will dry and become firmly attached, thus completing the entire curing process.

- All electric heating elements in the oven are made of a thermal resistant stainless steel. These elements will heat evenly and are easy to control, and are also easy to assemble, disassemble or replace as needed.
- The GHD01 annealing oven uses an automatic temperature control design. The FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature to within /- 2 degrees of the set temperature.
- The feed conveying chain uses continuously variable regulation, which ensures equipment operates in a synchronized movement with the production speed for the front end equipment.
- The suspended structure of the oven chamber makes maintenance and operation easy. It reduces the rate of cans being dropped or broken, which improves the overall qualification rate.
