The 50-1000ml liquid filling machine for high viscosity liquid bottles such liquids as fertilizers, dishwashing soap, detergents, softeners, creams, and other high viscosity liquids. With precise and accurate filling, the high viscosity liquid filling machine is PLC controlled and easy to operate. 10. Reduced foaming. Liquid holder prevents bottle from being filled when the filling nozzle is off.
11. The material level sensor is used to check the level position under normal running of the machine, plus with high and low level check and alarm device. A filter is installed in the tank (very easy for disassemble). It can improve the precision of filling and life of the filling valves.
12. We use the latest PTFE sealing parts which can improve the abrasion resistance of the sealing parts (24 months). It solves the problem that piston filling machine can not be used for SC, EC and high-viscosity.
13. PTFE sealing parts improve abrasion resistance and stainless steel 304 structure prevents corrosion. Glass door prevents pollution.
14. Filling machine automatically stops if bottles are jammed or fall.
