Flat wrap razor wire is a modification of a traditional spiral razor wire security barrier, designed for use in more crowded environments. The flat security barrier concertina wire is used as a spiral security barrier made from reinforced barbed tape concertina. Flat razor security wire differs from razor wire concertina as the coils are located on a single plane, and adjacent coils are fastened together with staples made from galvanized steel, making the design more compact. By providing a high protective level, the flat safety barrier razor is less aggressive in usage, leading to a widespread usage in urban environments.

Flat razor wire is designed to protect facilities in urban areas where a spiral razor security barrier can’t be used due to its size. Flat razor mesh wire can be installed on any barrier or fence type, as well as constructing an entire fence using several strips of barbed tape. This type of razor wiring is also more economically friendly than a concertina razor security barrier as its production requires less concertina wire, which means that in areas where no special security requirements are needed, flat razor barrier wire is a great choice.

Obstructions of razor flat wrap coil barriers are high, though lower than concertina razor coil barriers. A razor wire flat wrap coil maintains its properties even after being snagged, and as it is a flat structure, does not exceed the dimensions of the fence, and a less intimidating appearance, making it a popular choice for barriers in public areas.

Three versions:
900/22, 600/22 and 500/24.

Flat Concertina 900/22:
The flat spiral barrage 900mm has a density of stacking 4.2 turns at 1 meter with coils connected using staples at 13 points. The flat spiral fence has a high destruction resistance, and even with a full cross section cutting does not change the shape of obstacles as long as the armature of the fence is still intact. The flat barrier concertina has a great appearance, and its brackets and rebar wire are easy to mount.

Flat Concertina 600/22:
The flat spiral barrage 600mm has a density of stacking 4.2 turns at 1 meter and coils connected using staples at 14 points. The coil length is 50 meters, at 700 mm wide and a 1500mm diameter. This type is recommended for installation in fences along concrete slabs or grids.

Flat Razor Wire 500/24:
The flat spiral barrage is 500mm with a packing density of 4.2, which turns the coil on a meter. This type is very similar to the 600/22.
