1. Base Framing
Slightly heavier than that of mid-size router model, the framework of large-format router is a welded structure made of heavy-duty tubular steel which has been precisely machined by a gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration equipment so that the foundation remains steady without deformation over its lifetime.

2. Pneumatic Hold-Down Table
The pneumatic hold-down table of CNC wood router uses air cylinders to generate high air pressure which holds down the work-piece to be machined on the table.

3. Steel Bar
Spindles are mounted on the steel bar which is made of thick aluminum, on which we put also reinforcing plate. The structure offers better impact resistance and minimizes shaking.

4. Ball Screw
25mm-diameter TBI ball screw, and high accuracy gear rack. The combination of ball screw and gear rack makes machining work more accurate and stable.

5. Linear Guide Rails
All three axes use quality PMI 25MM linear square guide rails for high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance.

6. AC Servo Motor
AC servo motor is used for better positioning control.

7. Electric Cabinet
Housed inside a mobile, double door electrical enclosure are neatly wired electrical components. The enclosure allows for easy access to and servicing of CNC wood router when needed. Every wire is attached with a tag so that when servicing is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.

8. Water Cooled Spindle
High-accuracy water-cooled spindle is used for fast engraving on solid wood, medium-density fiberboard, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc. Choices of power configurations include 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V, 3Phase-50-60Hz. Available tools are those of 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12.7mm in diameter.

9. CNC Display
User-friendly interface makes for high-speed, high-precision motion control via a computer. Differential inputs and outputs facilitate data transmission without interruption. Other desirable features on this CNC wood router include power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent pre-fetch, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint continuation and block skip, etc.

10. Aluminum Table
Quality aluminum alloys are used to construct the worktable which can installed crosswise or lengthwise.

11. Central Oil Lubricator
The central oil lubricator makes it easier to lubricate the linear guide regularly. Just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.

12. Photoelectric Limit Switch
More sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.

13. Foot Pad
Foot pads make it easier to level the machine accurately.

Black 7mm PVC on top of aluminum profile table, protecting the table from cutting or scratching.

2. Servo Motor
AC Panasonic servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed, requiring no regular maintenance.

3. Mist Sprayer
Mist sprayer sprays oil mist onto the machining surface. The oil is critical for tool cooling and lubrication.

4. Dust Ruffles
Dust ruffle keep out dust while facilitating rapid tool changing.

5. Manual Pulse Generator Hand Wheel
Anti-jamming and allowing long distance transmission of signal, with a 3m hand wheel cable; Accurate pulse output
Resolution: 100P/R; You can control machine movement by adjusting the hand wheel; that makes control operation easier and more convenient.

6. Tool Sensor
Automatic tool length calibration. The tool sensor allows for easy and accurate setting of Z-axis zero position, making single and multiple tool changes through the programming which saves time and ensures error-free machining.
