CNC Wood Router Structure Explained
1. Base Framework
Rugged base is made of heavy-duty tubular steel which has been welded, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration equipment so that the foundation remains steady over the lifetime of CNC machine.
2. Water-Cooled Spindle
Multiple spindles are used on this CNC wood router for batch cutting on solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc. Choices of spindle power configuration include 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V,3Phase-50-60Hz. Various tools are available including those of 3.175mm,4mm,6mm,8mm and 12.7mm in diameter.
3. Ball Screw, Gear Rack
TBI anti-backlash ball screw is used on Z axis, featuring a center driven screw in 25mm or 40mm diameter which delivers 0.01mm repositioning accuracy. High-precision gear rack drive systems are used on both X and Y axes. The combination of ball screw and gear rack makes the CNC wood router work more accurate and stable.
4. Square Linear Guide
Quality 25MM linear square guide delivers high rigidity, resists vibration and shock.
5. CNC Display
PC based numerical control for X, Y and Z axes.
6. Electric Cabinet
Housed inside the mobile, double-door enclosure are neatly wired electronic components. This enclosure allows for easy access to and servicing of CNC wood router when needed. Every wire is attached with a tag so that when service is required, the customer can easily identify each part in the cabinet.
7. Motor Driver
Both X and Z axes are powered by servo motors (made in China) for precise position control. A powerful stepper motor is used on the Y-axis to power movement along the Y-axis.
8. Aluminum Table
Quality aluminum alloy is used to construct the worktable which can be installed either crosswise or lengthwise.
9. Central Oil Lubricator
The central oil lubricator makes it easier to lubricate the linear guide assembly on a regular basis. Just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.
10. Photoelectric Limit Switch
More sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.
11. Foot Pads
Foot pads make it easier to level the machine accurately

Black 7mm PVC on top of aluminum profile table protects the table from cutting and scratching.
2. Mist Sprayer
Mist sprayer sprays oil mist onto the surface being machined. The oil mist is important for tool cooling and lubrication.

4. Manual Pulse Generator Hand Wheel
Anti-jamming and allowing long distance transmission of signal, with a 3m hand wheel cable; Accurate pulse output

5. Tool Sensor
Automatic tool length calibration. The tool sensor allows for easy and accurate setting of Z-axis zero position, making single and multiple tool changes through the programming which saves time and is ensure error-free machining.
