Block-on-Ring Friction and Wear Testing Machine (Plastic Testing)
Block-on-ring test machine for evaluating the resistance of plastics to sliding wear
Standards
Compliant with most current ISO, ASTM, SH, and GB standards, ensuring the highest quality and reliability for friction and wear testing
Applications
Widely used in industries involving plastic products, rubber goods, coatings, and other composite materials, making it a versatile tool for understanding material wear and durability in these sectors.
The block-on-ring test machine is designed for evaluating the sliding wear resistance of plastic products, rubber materials, coatings, and composite materials under low load conditions. It can measure friction force, friction coefficient, and wear volume in real time, ensuring accurate results during the test. Additionally, the friction and wear testing device offers real-time protection of the test samples by monitoring friction forces and wear progression.
