Friction and Wear Testing Machine
MG-2000A
Tribometer for evaluating the wear behavior of materials or lubrication properties of lubricant and grease through methods of pin-on-disc, ring-on-ring, and ring-on-disc
The friction and war testing machine evaluates the wear behavior and friction properties of materials and lubricants through pin-on-disc, ring-on-ring, and ring-on-disc configurations. It performs end-face sliding friction tests under selected load, speed, and temperature conditions, making it suitable for both metallic and non-metallic materials.
In addition to dry contact tests, it also supports lubricated friction testing with liquid media, providing more realistic simulation of operating environments for oils and greases. The wear tester is equipped with an advanced microcomputer control system, allowing direct display of test data such as friction work, friction coefficient, rotational speed, and cycle count. Test results can also be printed for documentation and analysis.
