Friction and Wear Testing Machine
MPX-2000A
Tribometer for wear testing of metal & non-metal materials or lubrication properties of lubricant and grease through methods of pin-on-disc, ring-on-ring, and ring-on-disc
The vertical-axis pin-on-disc tribometer is designed for testing metals and non-metals, including plastics and nylon. It supports pin-on-disc, ring-on-ring, and ring-on-disc configurations, performing end-face sliding friction tests under selected load and speed conditions to measure both wear resistance and friction coefficients.
When equipped with the supplied oil cup, it also supports wet friction testing, making it suitable for evaluating the performance of lubricants such as hydraulic oils, engine oils, and gear oils. Its design makes it a reliable wear testing equipment for both tribology teaching and scientific research.

*Curve recording and data processing are carried out by computer, enabling measurement, display, and processing of all parameters. Real-time curves of time versus friction coefficient and friction torque variations can be displayed.
Can be used in the evaluation of lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubbers, ceramics, and composite materials. It meets the requirements of the petrochemical industry for research and testing of advanced lubricants, while also providing accurate simulation capabilities for new materials and technology development. With a variable-speed system, it allows testing at both very low and high speeds for flexible laboratory and industrial applications.
