Applications
Coating booth is used in the production line of seals for automotive manufacturing, aerospace component manufacturing, and high-speed rail component manufacturing, for online surface coating of rubber seals and profiles.

Features

Feeding with a peristaltic pump or gear pump for stable material supply.
Julong specially designed spray nozzle for stable coating volume, saving over 60% of coating material compared to regular nozzles.

Coating booth (dry/wet type)

Spray Gun	The air pressure and flow rate of the spray gun can be adjusted, and it comes with an air pressure display.
Positioning Fixture	The inside of the chamber is equipped with rollers or shaped jigs (provided by the customer)
Exhaust	Air enters from the top and exhausts from the back
Filtering	Front pull-out cotton filter, with a cotton roll bracket/water curtain adsorption at the back
Coating Feeding	A constant temperature system, a stirrer, a coating material weighing and alarm function, and a coating weight display function.
