D Series

Yalong D series glass washing machine is a horizontal glass washing and drying machine specifically designed for processing digital printed glass. This glass processing machine is suitable for washing glass with thickness of up to 19mm and size range of 450-3300mm, delivering excellent cleaning quality that allows for direct digital printing after washing. Our D series glass washing machine can be connected with glass digital printing equipment.

  2. Pre washing section is equipped with upper disc brushes performing reciprocating moves.
  
  3. Upper separators are adopted to separate air knives and prevent cross water contamination in tanks.
  
  4. The washing section is equipped with four pairs of brushes with a bristle diameter of 0.25mm.
