Automatic placing of empty valve bags onto the spout of valve bag filler
Placing empty valve bags manually onto filling spouts can significantly slow down packaging operations, increasing labor costs and reducing efficiency. To optimize this process, we designed a valve bag placing system. Using specialized robotic arms equipped with gripper arms or suction cups, it precisely picks up empty bags and positions them accurately onto the filling spouts according to pre-programmed movements. With a placement rate ranging from 200 to 400 bags per hour (approximately 10–20 bags per minute), productivity and accuracy are substantially enhanced.
Typically integrated with valve bag fillers, conveyors, and other packaging equipment, this bag placer helps create a fully automated and streamlined packaging line, minimizing labor dependency and improving consistency in packaging quality.
Widely used in industries such as chemical manufacturing, construction materials production, agricultural processing, food and grain handling, and similar bulk-packaging sectors. It efficiently handles packaging operations involving powdery and granular materials.
