Advantages
1. Ricoh Gen5 Industrial Print Head
Imported from Japan, the Ricoh Gen5 print head is known for its high precision and minimum ink dot size of 7PL. It also features the ability to work continuously for 24 hours, at a printing speed of 48 square meters per hour in production mode. If working at 10 hours per day, the UV printing machine has an average lifespan of 3 to 4 years. Users can also choose Ricoh GH2220 or Epson print head.
2. Intelligent Color Adjustment
Making use of an advanced color adjustment technology, this printer is able to achieve dot to dot printing, and produce 4,096 grey level images. With its ability to work with 68.6 billion colors, it restores natural colors to the best extent possible, and ensures as close a consistency as possible between the printed and original images.
3. White Ink Printing and 5D Printing Effect
In addition to the traditional CYMK 4 color ink system, our flatbed printing equipment can also carry out white ink printing. This guarantees under printing on non-white media, and overprinting on transparent materials. It also prints white as a spot color. When using 4 times the volume of white ink for printing, a 5D embossing effect is created, making this machine great for use in printing cell phone shells.
4. Negative Pressure Control System

In addition, the constant temperature system of the secondary ink cartridge ensures a consistent color and printing quality, even in different environments.
5. High Strength

6. Sectional Vacuum System

The XY axis is equipped with a 400W AC servo motor which provides a large torque, powerful force, a precise and blockage free printing and a long lasting performance. The Y axis is equipped with a synchronization system, which ensures an accurate synchronization of the left and right lead screws.
