Pellet Crumbler
FCM offers various pellet crumblers to break feed pellets into palatable crumbs. Customers can choose between two-roll and three-roll configurations.
FCM 2-roll pellet crumbler offers a choice of 4 models. It is specialized feed processing equipment used to break pellets into fine sizes of either 0.6-1.5mm or 1-2.5mm.
Two counter-rotating rolls are used to grind the pellets, with easily adjustable crumb fineness. Unique pellet bypass allows pellets that do not need size reduction to bypass the crumbling system.
Sample door allows easy collection of pellet crumbs for quality check. Designed specially for working with shrimp feeds, the triple-roll pellet crumbler uses three rolls with uniquely designed flutes (corrugations) to achieve exceptional crumb fineness. The top roll is separately controlled by a variable frequency drive for uniform distribution of materials.
