Production of all our iron castings and raw materials is carried out in strict accordance with the ISO quality management system. During production, we aim for a high efficiency and environmental protection. Throughout the production process, a medium frequency furnace is used to produce liquid cast iron, which is then poured into a mold with a hollow cavity in the desired shape. After solidifying, the semi-finished product will be delivered to the sand washer to remove sand that has stuck to the cast iron product. Afterwards, the iron casting is coated in a rust preventative oil, thus extending the service life. The finished product is packed in a rust resistant bag with drying agents and then put into air tight boxes to ensure safety and environmental protection during shipping. Specialized examination personnel is there at each step to control the quality, ensuring the final product is nothing but the highest possible quality.
