Cast iron components are among the most widely used industrial parts in machinery. Our cast iron parts are used in a variety of industrial machinery, including refrigeration compressors, wind power machinery, railway machinery, and hydraulic machinery, pump valve and pipe fittings, elevators, automobiles, agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, mining machinery and much more. Our cast iron shells and boxes have a complex structure and large volumes, making them ideal among customers with specific requirements for both large and small orders.
We have years of experience in the production and management of cast iron components, and work closely with expert mold designers, process engineers, material engineers, quality engineers, mold operators and furnace operators to help us ensure all raw materials used and created are of the highest quality, in order to make outstanding iron castings. We also use advanced equipment, including an automatic resin-sand molding line, an automatic clay-sand molding line, a production line for assembling and drying sand cores, medium frequency furnaces, numerical control machines, cleaning devices and vertical machining centers. We also use cutting edge equipment like the German SPECTRO direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tension tester and hardness gauge. Skilled examiners are assigned at each inspection step in order to control the product quality.
We have established long term cooperations with experienced mold manufacturers, ensuring we can design molds and produce top quality iron castings for our customers simultaneously. We have worked with internationally known companies, including Bitzer, Voith, Sanei Elevator, Saint Gobain, Torishima Pump, Bosch Rexroth and an American water pump manufacturer.
