While many call it a batching scale, there are still a few buyers calling it a weighing and dosing system. Each individual ingredient making up the batch is weighted accurately in a separate hopper. All weighed ingredients are then poured into a collection hopper before making their way to the mixer.
The PLS series weighing and dosing system is widely used for batching feeds, flour, chemicals, and other materials. Our featured batching scale uses a computer to control, manage and optimize the batching process. Other desirable features include the simulation screen, weigh hopper, and the console. According to the scale of your production, you can choose as many scales as you want to go with the system.
