Above Ground Steam Piping System
The above ground steam piping system provided by WANLI PIPELINE is designed to transfer superheated steam, saturated steam and other high-temperature, high-pressure fluid medium. The system can be widely used in district heating, industrial manufacturing and other fields and overcomes the technical limitations of the traditional above ground steam piping system existed for decades, enabling the heat network pipeline to achieve longer distribution distance and larger coverage area and thus improving the energy efficiency. The product shall conform to Q/YZJKBWG 001-2018 Business Standard.

WANLI PIPELINE’s patented above ground steam piping system adopts multi-layer composite structure consisting of a steel carrier pipe, aerogel or fiberglass shock-absorption insulation, calcium silicate inorganic insulation, cell closed polyurethane organic insulation and a spiral lock-seam steel outer jacket.
- All pipes and fittings are prefabricated at WANLI’s shop, which means that the overall time required for a project can be reduced by minimizing the risk of weather delays and reducing the required labor to install a system.
- Compound insulation structure: several thermal insulation materials are bonded scientifically to get the utmost of advantages of different materials so as to ensure stable and long-time thermal insulation property.
- Because of exceptional thermal insulation property, the heat lose is reduced, so that you can extend the pipeline or transportation distance to serve more users.
- Degradable insulation materials: the whole pipeline can be reused by repeated cutting and welding.

With our above ground steam piping system, the snow on the outer jacket will be not molten. Due to the excellent insulation, the temperature on the outer jacket is almost the same with that of working environment.
