Steam Pre-insulated Piping System
The steam pre-insulated piping system we engineer at WANLI PIPELINE is designed for underground distribution of superheated steam, saturated steam and other high temperature, high pressure fluid mediums, which can be widely used in district heating, industrial manufacturing areas. The piping system was researched at WANLI PIPELINE based on the national standard. Compared to outdated, costly, less effective, etc. traditional piping system, it is more economical and has higher quality.

The Steam pre-insulated piping system is composed of a steel carrier pipe, glass wool, aluminum silicate needle blanket, or nano aerogel soft insulation, microporous calcium silicate hard insulation. The outer layer insulation is protected by spiral steel outer jacket which is coated with fusion bonded epoxy, polyurea, epoxy coal tar pitch, or 3PE.
- All pipes and fittings are prefabricated at WANLI’s shop, which means that the overall time required for a project can be reduced by minimizing the risk of weather delays and reducing the required labor to install a system.
- The entire pipeline adopts a fully enclosed structure and all the pipeline components are arranged in the outer jacket, which means safe and reliable.
- The pipeline has a long service life of 30 years and is easy to maintenance.
