Aluminum is a high reflectance metal, and is difficult to cut using traditional laser cutters and may cause damage to these laser cutters. Most laser cutters apply laser beams perpendicular to the processed materials. If the laser beam is reflected, then it will enter the laser cutter and thus damage the equipment.
