The E3 series high-speed diesel engine uses a WAPS-R electronic control HPCR (High Pressure Common Rail) fuel injection system to precisely control the fuel timing, amount and pressure for a given engine operating condition. The ECU (Engine Control Unit) connects the engine and outside devices and achieves centralized control. The power range of the diesel engine is 353~1308kW, ideal for power station, pump units and other applications. Wandi’s E3 series high-speed diesel engine delivers a strong power, compact structure and easy maintenance.

Features

A WAPS-R electronic control HPCR fuel injection system is used, consisting of the fuel pump, high pressure rail and fuel injector. In combination with an ECU, this industrial diesel engine will optimize different engine operating conditions, precisely control the fuel timing, amount and pressure and guarantee the engine’s dynamic performance and economical operation.
An efficient high flow exhaust gas turbocharger utilizes air charge inter-cooling technology.
A newly designed cylinder head and valve mechanism enhances the circulation air input and improves the intake swirl. The combustion chamber is specially designed to increase the combustion efficiency and decrease harmful gas discharge.
The fuel injector is vertically mounted to uniformly distribute fuel inside the combustion chamber.
The electronic control HPCR fuel injection system features technological potentials to satisfy the higher discharge requirements. The ECU connects the engine to outside equipment to achieve central control.
The fuel injection system, supercharger, water pump, fuel pump, fuel injector, fuel cooler, cylinder head, piston, cylinder sleeve and other key components are all provided by trustworthy and reliable diesel engine component suppliers to ensure the product quality.
