Automatic Assembly Lines for Medical Device
The blood collection tube production lines we manufacture support a variety of tube types, including vacuum, non-vacuum, micro, DNA, and PRP tubes. We provide a complete service package for medical supplies manufacturers, which includes project design, equipment installation, training, ongoing support, and supply of spare parts.
- The blood collection tube production line is equipped with 10 high-precision ceramic pumps that allow adjustable dosing for different production needs. These pumps are designed for longevity, lasting twice as long as standard systems with fewer nozzles.
- Our advanced ceramic pumps ensure accurate dosing of additives like clot activators and sodium citrate. The amounts can be easily adjusted via the integrated control screen, offering flexibility for different tube specifications.
- The vacuum-assisted capping system reduces wear and tear commonly seen in traditional systems. By using vacuum suction instead of mechanical plungers, we ensure stable and reliable performance, maintaining a high degree of accuracy throughout the production process.
Additive dosing volume
HONGREAT
- Adjustable between 20-40 µL
- Tolerance: ±6%
- Compatible with a variety of production requirements, allowing for flexible adjustment of dosing volume
Others
- Tolerance: ±5%
- Fixed factory settings, dosing volume cannot be adjusted. Not suitable for specialized products
Maintenance
The ceramic dosing core can be replaced by the user, with maintenance taking only 1 hour. Maintenance costs are reduced to just 35% compared to other pumps.
The ceramic dosing core cannot be replaced by the user. The pump must be returned to the U.S. factory for maintenance or scrapping. Maintenance can take up to 3 months, with high associated costs.
HONGREAT
The integrated all-stainless steel vacuum chamber ensures no leakage and offers a service life exceeding 10 years
Others
Use aluminum alloy spliced vacuum chambers that are prone to leakage after just 2 years of usage
HONGREAT (SMC numerical control vacuum system)
- Precision: The digital vacuum system is adjustable in units of Hpa, offering 10 times the accuracy of traditional vacuum systems
- Technology: Uses SMC Japan vacuum sensors and control systems for enhanced performance
- Reliability: The system has been tested and shown to be stable and reliable for over 10 years of continuous operation
Others
- Relies on older, low-cost proportional valve vacuum control systems. These systems lose accuracy over time, making them less reliable after extended use
