Automatic metal processing machine for metal door frames and panels

NCM-JG fiber laser cutting machine achieves the trimming of various steel and stainless steel door frames/door panels or the formation of holes such as lock holes/hinge holes/installation holes before shaping through CNC programming. The equipment radiates high-intensity laser onto the material surface, causing the material to melt or vaporize through the interaction between the laser and the material. With the assistance of high-speed airflow, the material is cut.

  • Cutting Worktable
    The laser cutting machine adopts a gantry-type dual-drive structure, and can be equipped with an interchangeable worktable, allowing cutting and feeding to be performed simultaneously.
  • X, Y, Z Axis Motion Control
    X, Y, and Z axes all use high-torque servo motors from Japan Fuji Electric.
  • Waste Discharge System
    The lower part of the cutting machine bed is equipped with a trolley, which can collect waste materials and small parts during the production process.
  • Transmission Part
    Precision gear rack transmission from Taiwan YYC is adopted, with a centralized lubrication device.
    This device is equipped with a high-precision planetary reducer from Nissei, with an adjustable backlash of less than 2 arc minutes. This provides strong rigidity and impact resistance.
  • Laser Cutting Head
    An imported fiber-specific cutting head (with alignment lens group) is used.
    The cutting head is equipped with a sensitive non-contact sensing device, which allows for stable Z-axis floating function under the control of the system.
  • Laser Source
    It can work continuously for 24 hours.
    The fiber laser has an electro-optical conversion efficiency of more than 25% in continuous or pulse modulation mode up to 20 kHz. The dynamic working range of the device is between 10% and 105% of the full power, and the beam divergence angle or beam quality will not change within the entire range. The laser equipment can be used for high-power and low-power applications, such as welding and precision cutting.
    The fiber length can reach 15m, and it can be used with multiple output end light gates, beam combiners, galvanometers, and fibers with different core diameters.
  • Cutting Software
    It supports professional drawing software such as CAD and CorelDraw, maximizing the management and utilization of sheet metal.
