Features
  • The filtration chamber is designed as a fully enclosed structure without any removable connection points, preventing fasteners or structural components from falling into the material flow. This ensures process reliability and contamination-free separation.
  • A dual-seal system isolates the filtration chamber from the cleaning and dust-proof chambers, preventing cross-contamination. The entire system is built to withstand impact pressure, ensuring that no powder leaks during operation. Each magnetic grid module performs its cleaning function independently, allowing for continuous online cleaning without interrupting material flow. This design maintains process efficiency while eliminating the risk of powder leakage during the cleaning cycle.
  • A vibration-assisted design enhances material detachment from the magnetic rods. The dual-support structure ensures mechanical stability, preventing stress-related component failures. Before each cleaning cycle, the vibration system loosens accumulated material, reducing raw material loss. Once ferrous impurities remain attached to the rods, the scraper assembly automatically removes them. A second vibration cycle at the end ensures complete impurity removal from the magnetic rod ends.
  • The scraper ring assembly combines a metal framework, flexible sealing material, and precision-engineered scraper rings. The metal framework provides structural strength, while the flexible material ensures an effective seal. The scraper rings, made from self-lubricating, wear-resistant engineering plastic, maintain a precision fit with a clearance of less than 0.05mm, optimizing cleaning performance and extending service life.
