Achieving high material purity in liquid-based production requires effective separation of ultra-fine ferromagnetic impurities. The automatic fluid magnetic filter, developed with proprietary technology, enhances both product safety and process reliability by ensuring continuous iron removal from liquids and slurry materials.
Industries that demand strict material purity, large-scale production, and automated processing benefit from this system’s ability to increase separation efficiency, reduce reliance on manual labor, and minimize contamination risks. Its application extends to food processing, chemical production, and other sectors where maintaining consistent product quality is important.

Notes
1.Installed power refers to the total power consumption of all components in the system. For example, the SWap-LAS-M-7 model has an installed power of 550W, while the actual operating power consumption is approximately 50W.
2.Air consumption is the instantaneous consumption at 0.6 MPa pressure. For the SWap-LAS-M-7 model, a single cleaning cycle consumes approximately 700L of compressed air.
3.Net weight is based on the actual condition at the time of shipment.

- Built with a high-pressure resistant design, capable of withstanding up to 10 kg of pressure, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding processing environments.
- Magnetic rods are aligned in the same direction as the material flow, allowing for greater contact with the product. This enhances the adsorption of ferrous impurities while making the cleaning process more efficient.
- Optimized material flow path ensures smooth transportation, reducing the risk of blockages and buildup within the system.
- A multi-cylinder configuration can be implemented for increased processing capacity, allowing the system to be adapted to different production requirements.
