Slitter blades consists of top slitter blades and bottom slitter blades, mainly used for the slitting of paper, film, silver foil, aluminum foil, copper foil, magnetic tape. In the process of paper cutting, the bottom slitter blades need have appropriate hardness to prevent burrs formed on the top slitter blades during high speed cutting. With advanced processing equipment and rich experience of heat treatment, Seton can make the blades durable, sharp, smooth and without burrs when slitting, so as to improve customers' production efficiency.

We have some commonly used specifications of slitter blades at warehouse, but for the complexity of this products, custom production is usually made. Seton can receive samples and drawings from customers, or the specific requirements for custom production. We will strictly carry out production in accordance with the precision and tolerance requirements.

Material introduction
For bottom slitter blades, we generally use 9CrSi, Skd11 (D2), HSS and other materials with high strength and good wear resistance.
