Features

A variety of magnetic liquid traps have been developed to meet different operational conditions, offering versatile solutions for diverse applications.
The magnetic strength is adjustable: the standard version (N style) reaches up to 12,000 GS, while the easy-to-clean version (E style) provides 8,000 GS.
Standard working temperature is ≤80°C, but the magnetic separation system can be customized to operate at temperatures up to 350°C for specific requirements.
Magnetic components are designed for easy installation, removal, and cleaning, with options such as flanges, clamps, bolt plates, or quick-release fasteners for convenience.
Available materials for the separator include 304 or 316L stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance.
The magnetic liquid trap design optimizes iron removal efficiency while ensuring that the material flow remains uninterrupted, ensuring smooth processing.
