The automatic die cutting creasing machine is able to process sheet and paperboard and perform stamping, die-cutting, creasing, and hot and cold embossing for paper boxes, corrugate and paper trade marker, and is an ideal machine for packaging and decoration. With high technology, the automatic process of sheet-feeding, die-cutting, and stamping to delivery is achieved. The die-cutting uses the interface, showing the working speed, number of sheet processed, the general running time and the working conditions, and the programmable controller conducts monitoring on the input spots and output spots, which contributes to easy trouble shooting and operation. The main motor is controlled by transducer, thus achieving stepless speed regulation and smooth operation. Stamping is computer-controlled, with data-entering by touch screen, and this realizes optimizing programming with less foil. The twelve heating zones have their separate temperature setting and are in constant temperature. They are equipped with many sensors and safety devices, which make possible normal operation by machines and safe running by operators.
- Feeder and air pump all come from famous international manufacturer, which ensure accurate paper feeding, excellent stability and durability, and quick adjustment for the processing of both thick and thin paper.
- The wall of the paper feeding system is made with casting for good stability and high-speed applicability.
- The flip of the paper feeding table is adjustable. And the surface of the paper feeding system is made of textured stainless steel, imported from internationally recognized company, to ensure smooth feeding performance.
- Several advanced functions: non-stop paper feeding, pre-pile, and auxiliary paper receiving device to reduce operation time and improve work efficiency.
- Quality thin paper feeding belt is installed. What is also installed is ball screw, which achieves automatic pressure adjustment.
- The front positioning plate of the transmission chain is made with a conjugate cam, which is less prone to malfunctions and ensures accurate and stable positioning of paper. The main chain is reinforced and enlarged to include front and rear drive wheels and shafts, ensuring high-speed, highly rigid and stable operation. What’s more, the main drive uses synchronous belts with overload torque controllers.
- The paper receiving section has an externally adjustable full-range pressure brush, facilitating effective parameter adjustment. The paper receiving air control system ensures effective collection of thin paper at high speeds.
- Dual oil circuit system is configured to ensure safe oil supply. The automatic lubrication system will smear oil on machine parts regularly to prolong service life.
- Die-cutting plate and bottom plate are easy to mount and adjust. Pre-installed plate is optional.
- Easy adjustment and fine-tuning of front positioning plate, side positioning plate and paper feeding system.
- Dual-sheet, skewed-sheet, and no-sheet optical alignment control is equipped to ensure accurate and stable paper positioning and reduce waste.
- Touchscreen is enabled to guarantee real-time dynamic monitoring and display of operating status, making for timely repair and adjustment.
