SBB Ball Valve (Single Block and Bleed Valve)
Apart from the various industrial valves that our company manufactures, we also produce a wide array of specialty manual valves, electric valves, and pneumatic valves. This is oursingle block and bleed valve (SBB ball valve).
Our SBB ball valves are designed with a NPS of 2"~24" and nominal pressure class of 150~2500lbs.
Characteristics
1. Our single block and bleed valve adopts double beveled elastic sealing rings to guarantee reliable sealing performance. The SBB ball valves used for low pressure, ultra-low temperature, or vacuum conditions are designed with plate spring loaded seats for better sealing performance.
2. Based on customer requirements, the seat of medium or high temperature ball valves can be made of polyphenylene (PPL) or metal materials.
3. The SBB ball valve is opened and closed using a round through-hole ball which can rotate along with the valve stem.
4. A needle valve and a bleed valve are fitted to the sides of the valve body for lowering fluid pressure and discharging sewage.
