Main Features of Desktop Laser Marker
1. An isolator is used to protect the window of fiber laser, increasing the stability and lifespan of fiber laser.
2. In comparison to traditional solid-state laser marking machine, the desktop laser marker provides TEM00 output and a small focusing spot (diameter: less than 20um). The divergence angle is only quarter of that of diode-pumped solid-state laser, making the laser marking equipment suitable for fine and precise marking.
3. The desktop laser marker provides high electro-optical conversion efficiency, with a power consumption of less than 600 W. It’s only 1/10 of the power consumption of diode-pumped solid-state laser, greatly saving cost.
4. The desktop design saves a lot in space and ensures easy movement, with high cost effectiveness.
5. Three machine walls are designed detachable to enlarge the processing area.
6. Important configurations like power, laser and control card are easy to install and maintain.
7. After being pressed down, the red button on the machine automatically locates the focus point.
8. An automatic lifting device is outfitted in order for focal distance adjustment.
9. The desktop laser marker can be upgraded and work as a 3D laser marking machine, with curved surface marking and engraving functions.
10. In-house developed 3D marking software is optional for various tailor-made demands.
11. Other optional functions include automatic rotating device, disks, linear sliders, etc.
