Roll forming line for producing metal door frames with sheet thickness of 0.8 to 2mm

NCM-500D steel door frame roll forming machine can be used for the forming of various steel and stainless steel door frames. It can process metals with a thickness of 0.8 to 2.0mm into door frames of various specifications and shapes. The metal door forming machine has a production speed of 0-12m/min. One person can complete all operations on the equipment, and it can complete the frame shapes that are not possible with some bending methods.

Details
  • Uncoiler
    1.Standard uncoiler has a maximum loading capacity of 5 tons.
    2.It is secured in place using a hand-crank locking and buckle fixation method to prevent coil slippage.
  • Main Frame
    1.Utilizing an independent structure of roll forming stand, the forming stand is forged in one pass, ensuring high precision of workpieces.
    2.The main frame adopts a segmented structure for easy transportation, with dedicated connecting fittings between segments.
    3.A 30mm thick steel plate is added between the forming station and the lower machine frame to ensure the horizontality of the forming station.
  • Roll Forming Unit
    Front curved feeding guide device comes with adjustable feed width to ensure stable feeding without material deviation during the roll forming process.
    Roll forming shaft is made of 40Cr with quenching treatment and CNC lathe processing to ensure the horizontal level of roll forming and reduce fluctuations during stretching process.
    After roll forming, the workpieces will undergo adjustment by a specialized correction device to ensure accurate door frame shaping.
  • Transmission Device
    Gear box structure allows for smooth operation and low noise. Independent modular combination ensures easy maintenance and replacement afterwards.
    A vertical reducer (combination of motor and reducer) is used to reduce space requirements.
  • Shearing Machine
    Hydraulic cutting method is used for forming the door frame section.
    Cutting tools are made of Cr12Mov material;
    Straight cutter (mainly used for flat cutting of door frame sections) or step knife (simultaneously completes the cutting of door frame sections and direct cutting for tab connection) can be freely combined according to section requirements, one machine can produce different cross sections of the same frame type.
    Hydraulic shearing method offers greater cutting force and burr-free cutting surface.
  • Discharge Table (Standard Configuration)
    The discharge table automatically collects materials after cutting.
    It is equipped with height adjustment device for height adjustment as needed.
  • Electrical Control System
    1.Optional selection of Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi, etc. according to needs.
    2. The production process can independently produce metal door frames in batches, or alternately produce complete sets of door frames.
  • Cooling Device
    Uniformly distributed cooling water outlets next to the roll forming unit, each outlet is equipped with an independent switch for self-control according to needs.
    The machine frame is equipped with a return water system that can autonomously return water to the tank, allowing for the recycling of cooling water.
