Self Centering Vibrating Screen
Integrated with the screen box, the eccentric main shaft rotates and generates centrifugal force via the motor through the pulley, and then the force drives the box to vibrate in a circular path.
Features
- The mesh can be made from polyurethane, stainless steel, rubber or other abrasion-proof materials.
- Made of abrasion-proof rubber, the spring has a longer service life and reduces noice. Vibrating screen of pedestal type and hanged type are available.
- There is an eccentricity of 3-5mm between the eccentric shaft and the large pulley, which balances the whole movement of the large pulley during vibration of the vibrating screen and increases the drive stability.
Application
Circular vibrating screen, one of the most frequently seen equipment in mining industry, widely applied in mineral processing, construction materials and chemicals. Circular vibrating screen is generally used in small, medium and large scale mining plants for classification of metal ores such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, manganese, iron and molybdenum, and also stones such as rock, granite, limestone, barite, quartz, graphite, feldspar, fluorspar and so forth.
