Our JSP hot melt adhesive film extrusion coater, designed and manufactured based on advanced technologies from worldwide, primarily features major parts made from nitrided 38CRMOALA alloy steel for wear and corrosion resistance. Screw with optimized aspect ratio ensures excellent plastification performance, producing highly uniform adhesive film. Ideal for the manufacturing of hot melt adhesive film, hot melt adhesive toe puffs, fine fabric, etc.
