Mining vehicle washer trucks are a type of maintenance equipment for mining vehicles. They are usually used to wash away the mineral dusts, mud and oil dirt on the mining vehicles by spraying high-pressure water fluids. When it comes to the oil dirt, the mining vehicle washing machine will use hot water.

- The mining vehicle washer truck adopts the US hot water washing equipment which is driven by diesel motor, heats water also with diesel and can automatically suck in cleaning agents;
- The water temperature ranges from 0℃ to 85℃. The washing truck is equipped with temperature sensors and multiple safety mechanisms like overload protection, constant pressure adjustment and continuous temperature control, ensuring the safety of the machine itself and workers;
- The maximum capacity is 1,820L/h. The working pressure is adjustable within 0-21MPa;
- The foldable aerial work platform’s hydraulic system is driven by the power take-off located on the truck chassis.
- The washing truck has a fully sealed and compact cab with an air-conditioning system.
